Classic pleated 3 panel or 4 panel cycling cap handcrafted from 100% reclaimed wool tweed cloth.

Available with additional Belgian style ear-cuff of 100% cotton rib.

The tweeds are reclaimed from unwanted garments. They are such high quality materials it seems crazy not to reuse them, so I turn them into something new.

Our standard size is a ‘Large’ which is elasticated and measures approximately 58cm unstretched to about 61cm stretched. Other sizes can be made on request, just add a note with head size at checkout.

All our caps are made on vintage Singer sewing machines in our little workshop in rural Essex, England
